Author Post: Rick Riordan

     Rick Riordan has written more than 30 books including his most famous series Percy Jackson and the Olympians. His books range from middle school to adult. Before writing he taught english and history in San Francisco for 15 years. While teaching he wrote the adult mystery series Tres Navarre. His most popular book, Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief, started as a bedtime story for his son. He started writing these books for kids who have trouble reading, like his son.
